We've been the leader in complete fitness training for women ever since our founder opened his first studio in 2006 – and we're growing rapidly.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Get In Shape For Women is much more than a women's gym. We are a complete women's fitness center that features a personal trainer for groups of up to 4 women. The complete program includes weight training, cardio, nutrition and accountability.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 94 franchises and we are expanding every day.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The ladies at Get In Shape For Women are so supportive. The staff members are incredible motivators. I receive encouraging emails and letters from the manager and pep talks from my trainers. They are great at catering to everyone’s various fitness levels. As one of my trainers says, "you have to put the puzzle together, you can’t finish the puzzle without all of the pieces." Get In Shape For Women covers all of the “pieces:" cardio, strength training and nutrition. I enjoy having scheduled appointments three times a week as well as weekly weigh-ins to keep motivated. It keeps you on track. I am forever grateful for the tools that I have been given to achieve my goals.
